Class run by Katy Wasiukiewicz, WAKO British Champion, WKA English Champion, and ISKA World Champion.
Katy, our Gym Manager and Boxing and Kickboxing Competitor runs this Boxing class every Wednesday night. Young and older enjoy this boxing class immensely as it gives them a chance to test their fitness in the ultimate challenge. Classes are held in a safe, friendly non-competitive environment and members support each other and encourage everyone to give their very best. Boxing is the ultimate challenge for fitness, promoting upperbody strength, cardiovascular fitness and coordination.
You may also be interested in Boxing or Kickboxing Personal Training. In personal one-to-one session, you will learn proper boxing techniques while getting incredibly fit. Boxing is an amazing tool for fitness improvement and weight loss. Dynamic, fast and fun!!!!
