Running Personal Training is a great way to strip body fat quickly. Have you always wanted to run but were not sure you could? Or were you just afraid to try it on your own? Our trainers will teach you by starting out gently and taking you through the process of examining your stride and building your stamina in order to allow you to learn to run, whether it be for a marathon or just personal pleasure and satisfaction. Our trainers have short, medium and long runs mapped out for you so you can go as far as your experience and fitness will allow. Running is known to strip body fat off the lower extremeties but is also a wonderful way to get outside and test your body in the great outdoors. Group sessions also available.
